THE KEATS RETREAT   

• A fresh roll of paper towels conveniently placed on the counter.
• 3+ trash bags neatly stored under the sink.
• Each bathroom is furnished with 3+ rolls of septic safe toilet paper.
• All-purpose cleaning spray to maintain a tidy and clean-living environment.
• Dishwasher tablets for your convenience when you decide to dine in.
• A mop and broom, just in case you need them during your stay.

• Dollar General - Rt 903 in Albrightsville (Closest): Just a short 1.2-mile drive away, you'll find a Dollar General that's perfect for quick essentials.
• Dollar General - Rt 903 in Jim Thorpe (Alternative): If you're looking for another Dollar General option, there's one conveniently located 6.9 miles away.
• Lake Harmony Market: Within a mere 5.3 miles, you'll discover Lake Harmony Market, providing you with a selection of goods.
• Ahart's: Should you require a broader range of supplies, Ahart's is approximately 9.4 miles from your doorstep.

• Upon completing your reservation, you will receive an email prior to your stay from DocuSign. This email is the Part-Time Rental Agreement and the Community Rules which allows you to receive a Guest Packet. The guest packet fee is $40 and includes wristbands for the amenities as well as access to the trash dump when throwing out your garbage. Failure to complete this document in a timely manner may result in the denial of guest passes and necessitate payment for trash removal.
• There is a two-night minimum booking on this property. We may make some exceptions for midweek bookings with a slightly adjusted price. The minimum age requirement to book our home is 25. Please reach out to us if you have any questions.

• There is also an additional $5 fee per car if there are more than 3 cars registered that will be staying at the property. These fees go directly to the HOA.
• You can access the neighborhood via driving or on bicycles
• There is a strict 15 mph speed limit so please drive carefully
• Parking is abundant at the home as there is room for 6+ cars and there is also parking at the Community Center and by the Playground if you are visiting that area
• Guest Passes MUST be worn at all times when using community amenities.
• Even though our property can comfortably host 12 people, the community only issues 8 guest passes - children 5 and under do not need a guest pass.
• Outdoor firepit is NOT FOR GUEST USE, per the HOA
• Pet fee is $100/dog

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
